Arvo AI (ABN 49 973 638 503) runs on-site AI training for local businesses across Bayside, Melbourne. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our work, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- When you use the enquiry form: your name, email and business name, and, if you choose to give them, your team size and a message.
- When we run a session: business contact details for the people we work with, and the information needed to deliver the session.
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. The site is hosted on Google’s Firebase Hosting, and enquiry form details are stored in our Google account.
Why we collect it
We use it to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call, to deliver the training you’ve booked, and to keep the records the law requires, such as tax records. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email, and only so they can provide those services. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, for example in the United States. We choose providers that protect information to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it, and we delete enquiry details we no longer need.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, using the contact form on our homepage, or by writing to PO Box 346, Sandringham VIC 3191. We’ll respond within 30 days.
If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, tell us first and we’ll work to fix it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
